Payment
- One-time registration fee: $50/patient
- Member – Initial Visit: 45-60 minutes – $149.99
- Member – follow up visit: 15-30 minutes – $99.99
- Non-members initial visit: Initial Visit: 45-60 minutes- $250.00
- Non-members follow-up visit: 15-30 minutes – $175.00
We accept CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ONLY. We do not accept insurance payment.
An invoice will be provided to those who request it to forward to their insurance company for reimbursement.
